Overall great product
This headset is awesome. Very comfortable. No problems installing the product. Only 2 minor setbacks. 1 - The range: The range doesn't let me get too far out of my house before connection issues start. 2 - The sound clarity: Now this may be just a setup issue or a driver issue, but the headset has some issues with relaying sound when playing any graphically intense game. As far as this review goes, I only took 1 star off for both of these problems due to the fact that I could not verify if it was the product or my computer that was the problem. Normally I am quite critical of the products that I spend money on, but these are the only 2 issues that I have experienced. So what does this come down to? If you are looking at a wireless headset for basic use like talking over Skype or other voice chat program while playing games online, this one definitely does the job.

Handle with care
Product installed quickly and was easy to use- but the microphone cracked within a week. I kept it on my electronics organizer, with my cell phone, digital camera, etc. One night I used it, put it on the charger on the station and walked away. The next day it was broken (I do have pets). I purchased a new one and now keep it on a shelf and it seems to be holding up.The sounds quality is great and the mute/volume features work fine.

Great value
I bought this for my husband because he was always breaking the headset wires catching them on stuff. He really loves these. He does alot of music downloads and chats with friends. I haven't heard a complaint yet.
