I have never had a camera with such great clarity! The HD is absolutely crystal clear! I purchased 2 and both installed without any problems. One was installed on a windows 7 machine and the other was installed on a windows vista machine. Face tracking works great and the low light feature is a plus! I purchased this product based mainly on price and it is worth way more! Don't hesitate on this product!!

even though it was a refurbished, the package and the webcam looked brand new, there were no defects and marks on the webcam

The product was a good as any webcam we ever had. I'd recommend it to a friend or family without hesitation. We live 300 miles from the person we bought it for.
