We got three of these remotes so that we could have just one remote for all the televisions and the peripherals, including the TiVos and cable boxes. The remotes look and work great, but a word to the wise they are somewhat difficult to program and that programming/loading can take a long time even if you have a fast internet connection. Also, when programming you must know all of the model numbers for the devices you're programming in, not just that it is a TiVo or Philips TV but what the actual model is (not something I had handy for all my devices). I haven't had any problem using the remotes, but it took my wife a long while to warm up to them because the screen is not so easy to read (commands get truncated and it is hard to tell when there are two similarly spelled commands which is which) or navigate, but she likes the advantage of having just one remote in each room in our house that has a TV. Overall a good product and a fabulous price, but kinda hard to use if you aren't technologically savvy.
