No problems at all. Works great and was very easy to hook it up.

The only minor issue was ,that we had no booklet to refer to. Instructions for key use would be very helpful, especially, for those of us who are not very knowledgable with all the options offered. The shape is terrific! It is very comfortable and natural to use especially for persons with athritis.

When it is working it is great . Has a problem of jumping back to last page for no reason and freezes up.

So far, excellent purchase. The whole family is happy. It worked fine right out of the box without installing the software, but for maximum functionality install Logitech's Setpoint software. I had to download the lastest version for 64-bit Vista. Be aware that this refurb version is not warranteed by Logitech, just by Overstock. It came in a plain box with a driver cd that looked homemade. I saved a bunch, so I'm not really complaining.
