The G930's have been something I've wanted for a long, long time. I finally got them 2 weeks ago. One thing I did not like is that these refurbished ones did not come with the software disc. It didn't mention on the listing at all that it doesn't include the disc. So you will have to get the Logitech software from their website. The headphones themselves supply a pretty amazing amount of bass. It has an equalizer function in the software, voice changer, and surround sound options. These headphones are very software dependent for them to sound their best. There have been a handful of people that actually have issues with the software that causes their headphones to sound bad or act strange and make weird noises. So far the software has been ok for me. After 2 weeks of use, I have been experiencing a cracking in the earphones while listening to anything on my PC. It could be music, movies, or games. I've tried adjusting the software settings, making sure everything is plugged properly, making sure the headset is charged, and plugging in the headset. It's not doing it today however. So I don't know if it's going to continue doing this or not. One thing I want to mention though, is for *** I bought their Platinum Protection Plan for 2 years. So hopefully if something really does go wrong I can get them repaired easily. So that's really nice, 2 years of protection for that price? Most companies try to gouge you pretty hard for those replacement plans. It's a great deal. The reasons I am giving this an average review: 1. Customer service person was VERY unsympathetic and NOT helpful at all when I contacted them. Huge letdown. 2. The headset, while sounding pretty amazing, does squeeze your head quite a lot. Not good for someone that gets migraines easy like myself. 3. This recent problem with the crackling in the earphones. All in all, this headset really is great, and the sound is wonderful. It's the most expensive set I've ever owned, and I love the sound. But if you get migraines easily you should probably not get these. Because they definitely put a lot of pressure on the sides of your head. It may just be because I have a bigger head than most people as well. I highly recommend you watch a video about this headset and all it's features before buying. My favorite features are the amazing surround sound, the bass, and the flip up microphone that auto-mutes.
