It took me far too long to set up. I am a very experienced internet and hardware person. This product is very difficult to set up. The company "TZO", that can give you a dynamic address was most helpful with their instructions and video links. But the camera is from Linksys, which has very limited information and has a web site that has very, very outdated information on this product. Had it not been for "TZO", I would have sent this item back. I love overstock.com, and have been extremely happy with every purchase. I am only unhappy with Linksys.

this product was very difficult to setup from day one, i'm upset that i bought it. It worked ok with Windows XP but it has problems with Windows 7 which they don't telll you until you alrady purchased the item. If i were you i would go with the Verizon Home Monitoring System.
