      Battery came fully charged and ready to go, long lasting- got tons of photos before it needed its first recharge. Also love the price (vs. $175 plus ordering in time from a local box store). Quick shipping and very pleased in general.

    • I took a risk & held my breadth

      I am so cautious about shopping on the web. I only buy from trusted vendors. I could not believe the price offered by Overstock. In comparison the best Sony and other Brand name stores could offer was $29 to $59 - 200 to 500% above the Overstock price. Overstock just seemed too low in price to be of good quality. Yet , I also feel that Sony is ripping off its customer base - with its inflated prices on all Sony acessories - not just batteries. So I took a chance. I plugged the battery in for an initial charge - which took over 12 hours. Then went out on a photography assignment. The results are just awesome. My camera worked flawlessly. My camera indicated that this generic battery has much more reserve staying power than the original Sony battery. I rarely post a review. But finding this item is so valuable to me. I hope my comment helps some other shoppers.

    • Sony Camera Battery

      I was thankful to find Overstock.com and that they could provide a new battery for my digital camera. My camera is almost 15 years old but takes wonderful digital pictures, easy to use and download into computers. I was given a new camera which I now use all the time but did not want to throw away the old one since it works so well except its battery had begun the intermittent charging, not charging. Overstock had the battery and shipped it as requested, all processes in a timely manner. Now my 13 year old grand daughter uses this camera, and downloads her pictures into her computer. Thankful that Overstock carried the battery and that I was able to provide a good camera for my grand daughter. I will always check Overstock,com for hard to find items such as this, and advise friends and families to check out the website.
