Absolutely delighted with this printer! I had a small difficulty with installation but it is up and working beautifully

A GOOD MULTIFUNCTIONAL PRINTER. THE SCANNER WORKS GREAT AND IT PRINTS A BIT SLOW, BUT I DON'T KNOW IF MAYBE ALL PRINTERS DO THIS THAT AREN'T LASER. PRINTED A PERFECT PHOTOGRAPH FOR ME, COUL;DN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE CLARITY. I DON'T USE THE FAX...NEVER COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE IT...ALTHOUGH THEY DID HAVE INSTRUCTIONS, I JUST FEEL I WASN'T TECH SAVY ENOUGH TO EVER GET IT TOGETHER. I LIKE THE PRINTER,

This all in one printer works great. the only problem i have had since I got it was that sometimes when you print off the internet it cuts out a couple lines when there are multiple pages. Other than that it has great quality when you scan or copy. I like to use the quick print option under preferences to save on ink

Have been shopping for an all-in-one for about 4-6 months. Looked at many big box stores first. Decided on O ultimately because of the pricing but also because this product has only 2 ink cartridges (B/W+Color instead of 4 = CMYK). We surprisingly received this item in 2 days (from the date of the order!, not the from the ship date). I hooked this up on our wireless network in less than 20 minutes. Also, the each of the capabilities (scan, fax, copy, print) of this item is so easy to use, I have yet to read an instruction. Will continue to check O for future purchases. Thanks for reading!

While basic installation is a breeze, setting up this printer as wireless is not so easy. I have had to call customer support a couple of times and still don't have my issue resolved. Otherwise, for the short time we hav ehad it, it works well.
