This is a great color laser printer for the price. It is heavy, but does the job. We frustrated ourselves by waiting two days to call technical support. We wanted it connected to our network and could not make it work, got error messages. It is not wireless, but is network capable so that was the frustration. Turns out we needed a firmware update. Calling tech support was easy and not too onerous. Having Jessica take control of our computer to run down our problem was simple. What a relief. We thought we had to wire it to our computer when we wanted it through our airport hub. Because of this glitch I'm giving it a 4 star rating. We have not used it very long so I can't comment on other issues. It is a nice crisp output compared to inkjet.

We've been looking for a color laser with an over-ride tray to make dealing with small quantities of envelopes easier. This printer's over-ride tray is perfect for this. It handles all shapes and sizes and doesn't eat them like our old printer did. It prints clear and sharp pages and the setup was very easy. Just love it!

I have used and installed Lexmark printers for over 10 years so I was familiar with the reliability and performance. I was not disappointed with this purchase. I did get an error code when I first fired up the printer, I called Lexmark support and had it fixed within 5 minutes. The ribbon cable that attaches to the mother board had come loose during shipment. It is a poor design and shipping will probably knock this cable loose quite often. It was a quick fix and I am confident that the cable will not come loose during normal use.
