I was checking out new notebooks and realized that I could get this like new refurbished laptop for the same price, and it had more capabilities. About all I had to do was to uninstall the search engine that was in the laptop and install my own preference, and then install a security package. I also added another gig of memory to improve it's speed. Everything, including the computer, added up to less than $500 and I couldn't be happier.
Laptop fired up and ran right out of the box had to run windows update to update the OS and it didnt come with any instructions but it wasnt to hard to figure out . I got it for my wife and she loves it.
Love the thinkpad. Probably one of the biggest bargains in laptops I have ever seen. Above average performance. Battery life leaves something to be desired.
