This is the third time I bought a factory refurbished computer over the years from Overstock. Each time the price was great, each lasted 3 years - and hey, the technology changes by then so you need a new computer. I have recommended this purchase many times to other people. As people turn to tablets, and I have one of those as well, I still think that many of us still need our laptops or desktops and I will continue buying the factory refurbished from Overstock.
I received it and it is damaged, not in the shipping, but incorrectly repaired. The touch pad has a "bump" protruding up out of the "touch pad" and does not work as it should. It also does not recognize one of the USB devices, I presume one of the USB Ports. What now? How much longer will I be without a PC? Thank you. Be blessed, Ed Schwartz
These laptops are the best quality for the money, i purchased 8 of them for my employees, with a rush shipment. Unfortunately i only received the machines a month later, and am still dealing with replacements from the refurb company. They'll be great once they're all functioning. The only reason i won't recommend the product is for the poor customer service of the refurb company. The laptops themselves are great, once they're working.
