After receiving 2 of this product and returning both before I order a different system my experience was a disaster. While setting up the systems with MS updates and my personal software I could not boot them after an update and a requested shut down. After many hours of searching the net and trying many suggested fixes I had to return both computers. I am awaiting my credit and will try again then. I must mention that customer service was a great help thru their chat line and made returning the computers very easy.
