This PC was never looked at by anyone at Overstock or was the victim of Overstock handling. The PC was wrapped to well with bubble wrap to have been dropped in shipping to cause the damage. The impact of the fall caused the CPU fan and housing to be knocked free from the case and laying in pieces. The CMOS battery was dead which is the best indication that the PC was never looked at other than dropped. It hadn't been turned on for so long the battery run down from no charge. I probably won't purchase another refurbished or other wise used PC from Over stock.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? With the exception of the bent frame on the outside, obviously dropped on the top rear edge, it looked the same
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Yes but not free from whom ever had it before me.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Bent frame causing the removable side cover to be disloged and impossible to replace with out reforming the rear edge.
