I gave this laptop 5 stars because I don't have any complaints with it. The only thing that I might change would be the wireless switch. On most laptops, it's a sliding switch. On this one, however, it's a button that you push, so there's no clear on and off. But that is a very minor thing, and this netbook has given me no trouble.

This laptop was for a birthday gift. I was worried that it wasn't going to come on time since it left the warehouse 5 days after I had purchased it. When it arrived I was surprised to see it didn't have a manual and it came with a very used/old white power cord. It didn't even match the laptop. Luckily, I sent en email and a very helpful representative was able to accomodate me with another powercord and emailed my manual booklet. The laptop was in good condition, it came with all the software and program stated in the description. It didn't have a box except for the box it was delivered in. I don't like the fact that there isn't additional warranty that I can purchase. Hope it doen't have problems after 3 months. Overall, I like the product and service with the Rep was good.
