Although it looks very sleek and professional, the docking stations from thinkpad do not fit snugly (they move back and forth). There is no clip mechanism to keep it snugly in place.On a side note, this item came with some screws missing from Overstock

This was much better than I'd expected, mint condition and at approx. 1/3 the original price. As with all my ThinkPad products, it exudes quality, sturdiness and workmanship, plus the versality of being able to handle tube or flat screen monitors. I am SUPER PLEASED !!!
