fair The only thing that i hate about this mp4 player is that it do not hold a charge. I listen to about 4 songs and the life time just start going away.

Piece of garbage This is a piece of garbage. I wouldn't pay more than $10 for this product. The user interface is horrible. it is a hard-to-navigate file folder system. The screen resolution is horrible and the graphics are really cheesy. Although it has a micro sd slot, it would only play music from the card for about 10 seconds and then shut off. I went to their website for support. Although they state on their website that service sets them apart. It'is a total lie, they have no customer service, the only way to contact them is by email, and they never respond. Also, It will only play music from one folder, so all the songs that you want to play together have to be in the same folder. It has no playlist capability. I was so disappointed with this, the same day I got it, I went searching for an alternative, and for about the same price (slightly more) I bought the ***. Awesome product, read my review on that if you're interested.
