The sound quality is great, but downloading music is very difficult. I also couldn't delete music directly from the player, you have to do it thru the computer. The booklet they give you couldn't be any smaller, the print looks like an ant walked across the pages and there is no support per say, on the web. I would not recommend this product, I returned mine, and am looking at other models.

I really like this MP3 player and am glad I ordered it. My only two issues is the length of the cord that goes from the USP port to the MP3 player and The instruction book. I needed to call CA to speak to Tech support. They were great and after that I found it was easy to download music etc. I have not been able to get reception on the radio. The music sound is great and the ear buds are very good. I would recommend this very much

I would have to say that i am pretty satisfied with my neon M3. Good sound, and good picture. The silicone case that i bought with it has probably saved my player from death a few times. I like to listen to music when i skateboard, so ill have it in my pocket most of the time. It wasnt until a few weeks ago that i read through the manual and found out that there was a lock fuction to keep the player from unintentionally pressing buttons. It was pretty cool though, it would skip songs for me haha.I had to buy new headphones though since the ones that came with it dont fit in my ear very well. The one dissapointing thing was that the radio didnt work on the outside speaker.. i guess the headphones work as and antennae. But i am still fully satisfied!

I puchased this a year ago. Sound and video quality were fairly decent. Touch screen it extremely tempermental and really a pain. No way to control volume easily. Small down arrow malfunctioned right after the warranty expired. Additionally during navigation it started to freeze up or constantly scroll down. Redownloaded firmware from Latte site, this did not help and wiped out the mp3. Don't bother with this one, it won't last.

My daughter is thrilled with the Latte! It has wonderful sound quality and the earphones that came with it seem to block out a lot of noise (including my talking). It was very easy to get this product up and running and simple to operate for all it does. Her friends are envious.

just recieved Latte Neon M3 and actually it was better than I expected. Great price and great functionality......The screen was very clear and video quality was pretty cool. The sound quality was superb..It actually took a little time to get used to playing with it because of it's touch keypad,, but it was pretty straight forward once you are used to it.Only thing is... you have to make sure the power swtich is on postion before you charge the unit.. If it is off postion, the player will not get charged... Other than that, I LOVE IT!!!

I did not like that the speaker.The sound is very good.
