Bought this for my husband, he thinks it is a good product for the money, the only thing is, the direction's for use are a little confusing, and you can't switch around to different songs, you have to start with the same song each time and listen through all the others songs to reach the one you want to listen to.

Just what I need for the gym and it even work in my car with a cassette adapter. Buttons take a little getting used (small and odd lay out) to how they work, I have large fingers, but once I got it down, not a problem. Go for it. You been wanting one, try this.

I waited over 30 years for just the right format. I love the size, the ease of downloading and the free downloads. It's the sound I don't like. I have a feeling the player is fine; maybe the ear buds are sub-standard; I don't know yet. Nobody should have to turn Eric Clapton on real low to over come such a rattling brassy sound that is non existant in the original Derek and the Dominoes. Wish me luck.

This was my first purchase on Overstock.com and my first MP3 Player. I'm a little slow. It was a refurbished unit and the price was very cheap. I was pretty blown away by the sound and how easy it is to use. Keep in mind though that my last portable music device was a cd walkman - so I am not hip to the newest and hippest, but for this price, the Latte holds a LOT of music and goes a long time before needing to be recharged. My only complaint - which really isn't a complaint, is that the headphones that come with it could be better(if you're active or working out, they have a tendency to pop out). Great value and a good product. I am hooked.

This product absolutely sucks! I bought this mp3 player for my husband for Christmas and after having it plugged in for OVER 24 hrs it still didn't hold the charge. Songs could not be uploaded to the player and even if they could, there is no sort feature. Do NOT buy this product. It is a total and complete WASTE of money. I was very disappointed when I returned the product to Overstock. I have purchased many products in the past from Overstock. This is the first product that I have had to return and I now will rethink making future purchases here. I did not get the full purchase price back even though the product was defective. Shame on Overstock for selling defective products and then not standing behind their customers. I won't buy electronic products here anymore and don't know if I'll return as a customer again.

this unit arrived and at first was disappointed at its size. but when i got used to its size i was pleased.this unit is not for the person who wants it all in a mp3 player. you cannot arrange the music or really do anything but play it in the order you place it on the unit. but for me it more than makes up for its size and lack of features. the quality of the sound when you purchase good earbuds or earphones will make you sing with delight. the size of its drive allows you to place a whole library of music on it and still have room for what you wished you could purchase. this unit is perfect for those that just want to hold a whole library of music and have it play outstandingly and without problems. i play it when i am studying and need some music in the ear to break the monotony. it plays without fault or errors. it will drive you crazy to try to voice record and use that feature i cant get it going as i would like to do. i also use it when i go to bed at night and want some music to put me to sleep. it will play all night and when i wake in the morning its still going taken all in all i truly love this small unit/ its works for me and i will purchase another one soon. it seems to outperform those that are feature rich in other ways. don't be fooled by its size alone/ this thing will rock you totally/just purchase good earbuds or earphones and you will smile with delight !.

I have had this mp3 player for six months. There is no way it was suppose to stop working now.I would not recommend it because it does not come with anything and no way to charge it. Unless there is a universal charge that actually works for this mp3 player, the player is no good.I would like some help on how to get this mp3 player back to working again.

I purchased this product for a friend's birhtday. She loved it however we did not know that to charge the unit you had to plug it into a computer. She did not have a computer but I do. Also when she wants to download music at work you have to have the cord. This means that another cord will have to be purchased so she can download music at work and keep it charged at home. I wish the overview had been more speicific in letting me know what was involved. She loves the unit and we would definitely recommend it to someone else. The shipping charges at Overstock.com are great. Overall this is a great product if you know what is required.

The unit works well after I reread the instructions a couple of times. Sound is great.As with all these small units the battery life (7 hours) could be better.

I bought it 3 weeks ago and now it's broken, it's too small and does not work with .aa file formaty.

The mp3 is very small & easy to hide in car for all your music to play through your car stereo

This is just perfect. It's so easy to use, I just "copied" all my music directly onto this tiny device. Btw, I love the size. It's really small, and this is great for having in my pocket on the way to class. I got the 4gb and still have tons of room for more music. I can't wait to go on a long trip and really utilize the memory.

It was much smaller than I thought it would be. It is hard to change buttons for a person with large hands. Probably would be good for a young person.

I needed a mp3 player that I could use while working out. The Latte is great, it's small, lightweight and perfect.

if you want a basic mp3 player this one is great for the value.

I was so excited to receive my Latte and when I opened the box, I could not believe it was so small...too small. It needs a clip. The Latte does not have one available from the company. The sound? WOW! Excellent! The earplugs are lousy...too big and won't stay in my ears so need to order others. All in all, if you can buy it way on sale...then it is worth it.

THis is the best MP3 player in the market. THis player is really comparable with some of the brand name players in terms of sound quality. Great sound quality;. Great look. The actual unit has a LED light on the front panel. (a little different from the picture), but I think that is cute too
