This is a very impressive portable HD media player with full android features. It is a really nice HD media player itself. It play almost all full 1080P HD video formats, You can connect ICE Smart to your TV with HDMI cable. Also it supports OTG function, so you connect your external Hard drive to ice smart directly and play movie files in your external HDD on your TV It operates on Android 2.3 so you can enjoy what Andoid can offer like marketplace, games, internet, email. etc 2 problems I see - Dual touch resistive screen: it is pretty sensitive compared to other resisive tablets but you have to get used it to operate smootly (especially if you use more expensive capacitive screen smartphones or tablet) - If you download many applications, the system seems to get slower.. time to time you have close applicatinos you are running.. Anyway, I am satisfied with this purchase and I am enjoying it very much every day. The best thing is I can carry it around anywhere and battery lasts long enough to play around one day. Nice HD portable Media player with full android features.. I would recommend this to anybody who are looking for smaller version of tablets.

I bought this as a kind of remote replacement which still think is a good idea. This comes with aps that drain the battery in a constant search for non-existent cell phone service which you cannot turn off. You will find yourself having to recharge it not for your apps, but for the ones you can't use but you can't turn off. This is not designed to work with a cell phone so why does it have an app that goes looking for cell phone service all the while it is on. It also has apps for phone message apps which are equally unncessary but which of course you can't turn off. It has no camera, which I find okay, so why can't you turn off the unnecessary camera apps? After no response with 3 requests to Latte's technical support to find out how to kill unnecessary apps that drain the battery, you should get an idea of what to expect. It's flawed software doesn't recommend this.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The covers over the two places you need to recharge the battery and put in the microsd are flimsy and do not stay closed.

I feel this ice latte has a lot of potential but it is sub par when compared to either an MP3 or a tablet. The touch screen does not respond correctly and takes several pushes to get it going. The product OS in my opinion is an "epic fail". The last thing i need is a MP3 player that thinks its a phone, always searching for a signal and probably draining the battery at the same time. How ever i did not buy this item because of the multimedia functions, all i wanted was a MP3 player that was touch screen and i could upgrade the memory. It does this but does not properly sync with any music players and does not save playlist from those players unless you do it from the player one by one. It just throws music files into a folder. For a hundred dollars more i purchased a Samsung Galaxy 5.0 and all i can say is OMG. This thing rocks and does everything the Latte is supposed to do and than some. But you get what you pay for, as the old adage says.

This product isn't the best thing in the world. I constantly deal with force closes and a slow system. I would,t recommend anyone buy this product unless they don't care about have a faster running system.

I did not like it at all. Sent it back to get a refund. The games did not work and the games screen was too dark. The volume was on high and still could not hear it. It just did not work for me!!!! Sorry

This is a very handy little device almost all the function of a computer in my palm!! I love it!!! The battery does go down after a good days use which is not bad i think!! The device does get rather hot sometimes depending on what you may be doing (meaning app, browsing, fb, etc..) at the time and get pretty hot while charging!! The little tiny speaker they put on the back of it is almost an insult to the quality of the rest of the device!! Over all awesome little gadget!!

The only thing I could ask for is a faster cpu its 800m and I wish it had 2 cameras like the Ipad2. The rest is great, This Ice Smart media player does more than a ipad2, or a smart phone, with its mini hdmi cable, and otg usb feature. I can hookup a camera, or an external drive, a wireless keyboard and mouse, and connect it straight into my HD TV. I love it. If you don't need a phone, and you don't have to pay for a data plan with its wifi your set to go. Scan for a wifi connection and enter the password, and your online.

This Latte barely supports what it is advertised to do. Games downloaded won't play. I purchased to view movies, doesn't support Adobe Flash. Device heats up when recharging. System locks up too many times.

I did have issues with the 1st one I recieved. Once I got the second on it looked like it was opened and used already. Very disappointed in that. Like how it functions. There are some times where is freezes in a game and you have to start all over again.
