Looks far better than it works. Sleek and stylish the metal case is beautiful however, the USB cable does not quite 'fit' and the on/off button was crooked. Those were the first things that made me question the quality. Screen was great and I was impressed by the video quality, the sound was great with the headphones and just so-so with the external speaker (I did love this feature though) the biggest problem was the fact that you can NOT save playlists with this device they are not even made with the capability. In fact I wasn't able to save anything....it has a wallpaper setting and a few other picture display features BUT everytime you turn the player off it goes back to factory settings. As for the built in transmitter I was also unable to get this feature to work. It was really easy to put music and videos on. IF all the features worked and if they made this player capable of saving playlists I could really love this player. Unfortunately I am retuning this item.

Great little machine. Good audio and video, just copy necessary files via windows explorer to ice, and play. Metal case a plus. Earphones that come with it are of good quality. Had no problem when I had to contact tech support with questions.

The media player is fine and a fairly good deal for the price. Don't expect a lot of features and you won't be disappointed. My biggest peeve is that I seem to have to use the product's AVI conversion software in order for video files to play properly. I have Movavi and AVS software and neither output from those products will play properly on the Latte. The miniSD slot is nice and it is really cheap to add another 8GB to the player. If you get a microSD memory card be sure and order the miniSD adapter. All in all it works, it's fine.

Great item. worth the money spent. Item comes with it's own charger. We were told it didnt, and we bought the charger they suggested, The other charger they reccomended doesnt even work with this item.

Just started using the ICE. So far it has kept both the eight year old and the three year old happy on long car rides. Easy enough for the kids to use and the speaker in back works well so that more than one kid could enjoy the movie. No problems to report yet.

My ice worked great for 4 months. Then I tried to down load a movie. Now my music is gone and the fm transmitter doesn't work. when I hook it up to my computer it shows all my music files, but on the ice it says no music file found. I tried to contact Latte company to see where I can send it, so I could get it serviced or repaired. No luck!!! I registered it but what good is that. It has a 1 yr warrenty but no where to send it.. It a great mp3 player when it worked. So beware!!!!!

I have sent 2 other mp3 players back for not being able to work them to breaking within a day. So far so good. I like the ease of use. Love the screen size. I use it in my car so it;s much easier to read than the little tiny ones. The other feature I like is the little speaker in the back so you can listen to it without even having earbuds in. If you are of the older generation i think this will definatley appeal to you! I'm not a teenager and it's been a great way to finally segway into the mp3 market.

I had spent several days researching different players, including the IPod, and it appeared to me that in view of what I was looking for, the Latte Ice would be the best value. I was not disappointed. The sound quality is excellent, the video is great, and I'm having a lot of fun using it. I do wish that there was a carrying case with strap/clip available for it, and the earbuds that I received are lopsided, with the right wire being over twice as long as the left, but those are minor issues. Overall, a really solid value.

I was very excited to get my Latte Ice after reading all the reviews and seeing it's rating. It is user friendly with it's simple labeled button features. The problem I encountered almost immediately was a malfunction with the buttons. The manual offers only minimal trouble shooting instructions and little to no support if you do have questions with the operation of the player. The screen is a great size and appeared to have brillant display (when it did work-only for a moment). I would not recommend the player because of the product's lack of quality.

After reading the rave reviews I was very excited to recieve this mp3 player as a birthday gift. HUGE MISTAKE!!! The buttons are unresponsive i have to repeatedly push the same button over and over to get it to respond. There is no album art and you can't create playlists. I didn't find it as user friendly as my old mp3 player. The audio quality is good and screen size is nice. It has tetris and thats a plus but it's not enough to make up for my overall disappointment. I will be purchasing a new mp3 player or will go back to my old one.

I bought the Latte Ice 2 months ago not knowing much about. Yes I had done my homework about it and found a lot of great reviews, but like every product out there, there are a few bad ones. A few of the bad reviews had almost gotten me to change my mind and start looking for a different MP3player, but they didnt and I absolutely love this MP3 player now. I am so glad to have gone with this product. It has great sound quality. The pictures look amazing. It has 1 game, Russian Blocks, or aka Tetris. It has radio, which I haven't had much luck finding stations on it yet but then again I have plenty of good music so I dont really use it often. it has a nice large screen and its really easy to navigate thru. One problem that I have come across is finding a software that I do not have to pay for that will legally convert movies into the correct format. Its an on going search, but movies aren't that necessary so it does not really matter to me. When I charge it on like an empty battery I can walk away from it and like 30 minutes to 1 hour later its fully charged and ready to go. Being the fact that I am a 16 year old who loves her music it gets used everyday and so therefore I have to charge it everyday. Also, the reviews are correct about its life span, It can last about 8-10 hours. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend. It is a great product and I have really enjoyed having it. It is definitely better than my last MP3 player.

This unit is very easy to operate, even for the most inexperienced user. I'm 50 years old and am hooked on it. Now I know why all the kids have one hanging out of their ears! Great to have for your favorite pics of your kids and grandkids. Haven't tried the video feature yet. I would definitely recommend -- no need to spend hundreds of dollars, this one does it all. Voice recorder works phenomenal - I could hear my kids from the back of the house when I tested it!

The Latte ICE PMP (portable media player) is sleek, stylish, and easy to use, at least once you get over a couple minor quirks. First, it has a power on/off switch, but to turn the unit on, you need to turn the switch to the ON position and then hold the PLAY button for about three seconds. Second, some menus are accessible only through holding a button for three seconds. But once you can deal with those and you've spent about ten minutes with it, you will be flying through the menus easily. The Latte ICE comes with a mini-disc that has the software necessary to convert video files to AVI format. This program is ESSENTIAL. The ICE seems to use a very specific format for videos. No video I drag-and-dropped into it would work, even if they were originally AVI format. They absolutely MUST be converted and formatted through this program for them to play on your ICE. However, you can drag-and-drop your MP3's, pictures (JPG and BMP), and text files (TXT). It has a voice recorder function, which is good for leaving memos to yourself if you are forgetful like I am, and it has a Tetris game built in (called Russian Block, probably to avoid copyrighted names.) With everything this can do, it's one of those things that you should always have on you, and being that it is so slim, there's really no reason not to.

This player has great features and for what it's worth i think it's basically a steal. Only down side is u can't really make a playlist but let's face it, it doesn't really matter when it's that easy to use.

The qualityof the music is great. I have yet to upload a video that will play. The unit comes with a converter disc and an instruction manual. Nothing has worked so far. I listen to podcasts on it. I really would like to get the video feature working too. I would have bought a much smaller unit if I knew I would only have audio.
