Just love this device. For the money and features who needs a ipod. maybe for a bit older people it does all that we need.Built-in FM Transmitter works well in the car.3D sound quality is excellent!Video is clear,External speaker does good job too.Price is Very good!Micro SD slot for external memory is also very useful. Tested with Kingston Micro SDHC Card 8GB and works as well.Don't need a convert software for video file, this player support most common video files.I will recommend it to everyone!

Recieved MP3 player fast. Item arrived as described and in excellant shape. I really like it but there seems to be one problem that I have not been able to overcome. I want to set the "music shuffle" to the default so it will shuffle all the time without haveing to reset it every time I turn the player on. This is the only reason I gave it a good rating vice excellant. It is a real irritation to me.

First off, i got what i paid for. This is a sleek and nice looking mp3/mp4 player with a large, clear screen. Its microphone and internal speakers are really nice. I like this product a lot BUT, its no iPod. Little things that i think might help to know are that the screen is always on:it never really turns off; just dims. There are also many buttons to this player. There is no music organization software like that of iPods so uploading DOWNLOADED music is a hassle. There is also no "LOCK" button. Either way, i still love this player. For the price, i would definitely reccomend it to anyone.

the directions for operation were so small it was unreadable. Have to find someone who already knows how to use this thing.

I LOVE my new Latte Ice player! Not only does it fit all the music I wanted, but I can wirelessly listen to my music in the car! That is sooo cool. Quite possibly my favorite feature. I also like the fact that the player can play FLAC files. In case you don't know, that's Free Lossless Audio Codec and it's very very cool. My music has never sounded this good. So, in conclusion, the Latte Ice is great. There's tons more features than I mentioned, but those two are my favorites. It's nice to finally not have to use iTunes.

I liked the idea of having 16GBs of storage and a radio in a MP3 player, but dont like the difficulty that I've had downloading music. I have had to download additional software to convert my music. I've never had such difficulties with other mp3 players that I have owned (and I've had plenty) because they all came with their own software and/or converter. Constantly trying to improve in my technical savvy, I'm disappointed with the functionality of the Latte Ice.

You have to think twice before buying ice latte media player.I did it and after 13 months battery was broken. The company chardges $50to replace battery. If you like to pay additinal $50 every year then go ahead,otherwise stop.Alex.

My wife bought this for me for Christmas 2011 as my Ipod disappeared. It is a very nice looking product but there are issues. The first one I got would not turn on or off by itself using the switch. Even when fully charged, the item has to be plugged in to either an outlet, PC or car to turn on. Like wise, to turn it off you have to plug it in and set the switch to off then unplug it. You cannot pick it up and go with it. This being the case, I got a replacement from the company. To their credit it came very quick with prepaid return postage for the broken item. However, the new one had the same exact problem!!! This one though, the shuffle function will not work at all. It will only play in order or you have to manually select songs. I am debating whether or not to just return it outright. If I keep one, it will be the original, at least shuffle works on it. I would not recommend this junk to anyone.

This is my third Latte Ice I have gotten, and my fourth thing from Latte. Its very fragile, and will just randomly stop working out of no where. It will work well though while it lasts. You have to be completely careful with it though. I wouldn't really suggest this for anyone though.

i love the quality. the sound is amazing. works well for its purpose, and the video is crystal. the FM transmitter is the coolest! i am extremely happy with everthing except, the box it came it was impossible to open so if it needed to be returned i was out of luck but i didnt need to. the headphones r great but my pair was lopsided the right side wire was 2X the size of the left but is does not bug me. so far i have not found out how to have the song change when another ends instead of me having to press the button everytime but i have not studied the user's guide. Very worth the price.

I am very happy with the Latte Ice! The points that sold me were: 1) 16gb, 2) less that ***, 3) the built-in FM transmitter. The sound quality of player is excellent, both preset and customizable EQ, and works with (and has an example of) Holophonic 3D sound! It's very easy to use and add music to, as well as connecting with Win7...unlike the MachSpeed Trio that I returned to a local store. I believe the only things I would change on this player are: a longer battery life (having the screen on all times to avoid a lockup kills battery faster), and the included earbuds having been the right length (one side was very much shorter than the other)...But I am happy with my purchase! Got one for each of my daughters for Christmas; both love it. Excellent price, has features they wanted.

I actually bought it for my husband who is not tech swave at all. A friend had told him about the TOUCH Ipod, which was out of the question for our budget this Christmas. So, I began to talk to people and search for similar gadgets. And, BRAVO! The Latte ICE! He was sooooo excited to get the "ICE", that he couldn't wait for one of our adult children to come over and set it up for him. He decided to give it a try after I told him that most people who had commented on it said that the setup was easy. So, he was off and running. To his and my surprise he was able to do the whole thing all by himself. He is now playing all is favorite stuff in his car. And there's still so much more he can do and learn to do. Love the versatility. He loves it and because he does, I do. It is a great product and well worth the price.

I purchased this item for my daughters Christmas gift. We were both blowen away with the new sound technology. I wish that I would have bought one for myself.

The feel and look of the Ice are great. Sound quality is excellent. The controls are a bit clunky, and take getting used to. The biggest downfall I find is that, if you aren't using MP3s (but instead some other music format) the built-in menu won't catalogue the songs/albums for you. Not a huge deal, but it makes using the menu a bit more difficult. But overall, its a very nice piece of equipment.

Thank you latte for the affordable product with all the features! The built in radio transmitter is sweet! Plus i didnt even need to download anything to my computer before puting my music on it! With 16gb's of memory and a 2gb memory card i can use this player as a storage device for other private files and such...without having to worry about having enough space for my music or videos. I believe this one really is a good deal... Good price, plenty of memory, fast and easy download, optional memory card, and no programs to install. I would suggest buying some good quality earphones though... to go with the Ice's excellent sound!

I would have preferred to be able to move currently playing to the favorites folder. I would also have preferred the FM send channel to remember the last channel selected so I would not have to re-select each time I want to use my car/home FM receiver. I enjoy the flexibility of using FM receiver and not being required to purchase separate docking devices. You never need a CD changer in your car with this MP3 player. Having a separate micro-SSCD storage is just a bonus.
