Signal strength 100% but signal quality at 6%. Their customer service said I needed to get another antenna.
I THOUGHT THE TV WAS CABLE READY, MY DAUGHTER CANNOT USE IT HAVE TO RETURN IT
i like the tv. has a good picture, and the audio is good when you have good reception. i am only using antenna on top of set. if i am near a city i can get several xhannels. i am going to order batter antanna, but i give i a good rating.
I thought I could use this TV without cable or dish. Surprise my signal was 95% but the picture quality was .6 Thats right .6 . Only squares and a word now and then. I was so disapointed. And the worst is that all electronics must be returned within 20 days. I went on vacation never thinking it could have a problem. So I'm stuck with a TV that won't work. I love overstock.com this is the first thing I have purchased that I had a problem with and I totally blame myself for not returning this within time frame stated.
Although the antenna that came with the TV didn't receive good reception, after buying a different type of digital antenna reception is fine for the local channels that I view.I had looked high and low for a small TV to replace my old outdated one on my kitchen counter. This fits the bill quite nicely.
