  Didn't come with video card and has a small hard drive so can't give it 5 stars but it is a very good laptop for the price. Can't go wrong for everyday computing with this corporate model laptop.

  This is my third computer in seven years; my last one, a refurb from O.Co lasted two years and I was thrilled! Hadn't given much thought to what I'd want if I needed a new one... until I had to with no notice. I'm no where near techie status, but I read a lot and try to keep little nuggets in the forefront of my brain; I didn't know anything other than I wanted an Acer when pushed to decide. I'm so glad I chose it! I had also ordered a refurb Dell at the same time to compare... the Dell went back in the box at first glimpse ~ thus, in fairness, my opinion is not based on performance. I've had this for about six weeks and am still in the honeymoon phase... the ONLY thing I can complain about is the poor placement of the keyboard with regard to the size of my hand, I guess; the heel of my left palm is very likely to hit the control key or a neighboring one, usually opening a new tab & leaving me scratching my head!   The Dell Laptop should be replaced as requested. Service person emailed a UPS label for us to return the laptop to them. We still want the same produce.

  • How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Same product
  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? The keyboard does not work.. The keys are sticky and some do not work..
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Computer was sent back a couple of days ago for replacement.

  well i bought the pc and the first problem i had was shipping it took forever, then when i got the pc it worked great for my games for about 2 days then the games started running worse and worse determained that the ram must have burnt out so now i have to spend money to upgrade it. this pc is okay for the price but with a factory refurb if something works have decent they dont care so u never know what your getting
