  I bought this computer looking forward to using it. I can say that I was pleasantly surprised and have enjoyed my purchase since day one. My only qualm with this laptop is the battery life. My battery at full charge only lasts 50 minutes or so. I have been looking online for some kind of extended battery, but it seems that the computer is outdated and no accessories are really sold for it. Besides that great buy. I recommend it to anyone.

  The first one came in with poped keyboard cover. So I asked for a replacement. The second one came in good condition but looked very old. It supposed to be a refurbished computer not a off lease and I could have paid much less for a off lease computer. So, I asked for return and refund.

  This was a gift from my husband. When we received it there was NO information with the computer. The only thing in the box was the charger and a scratched, dented Mac book taped to a cardboard insert. This was a huge disappointment! I expected more, but on the bright side overstock was great to deal with reguarding the return. I was able to get a like new refurbished unit for less, with updated hard wear and more storage direct from apple.

  • How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Exactly as pictured, if the picture had been used as a hockey puck.
  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Computer didn't function properly
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. When paying almost $900 for a computer I expected it to look new, or close to it. This wasn't the case.

  This was the SECOND IBM Lenovo R400 2.26 GHz 160GB 14-inch Laptop (Refurbished) that Overstock sent. The first one had keyboard issues, we couldn't get past the initial setup process. The second one worked for a short time and then the WIFI connection stopped working. I sent it back. Overstock is suposedly sending a THIRD IBM Lenovo R400 2.26 GHz 160GB 14-inch Laptop (Refurbished) as soon as they get it, BUT I have lost faith in Overstock's quality and willingness to provide a solution. I paid for EXPEDITED shipping for the FIRST laptop, BUT when I checked the status of my order and saw that it wasn't shipped on time I contacted Overstock via online chat. Both times I was assured it would be delivered ontime. The SECOND time I contacted "O" online chat I told the representative I would cancel the order since it hadn't shied, because I NEEDED a smalll laptop for a business trip and I NEEDED it on the date for which I paid EXPEDITED shipping. I SHOULD HAVE CANCELLED THE ORIGINA...

  The note book was an early christmas present because I wanted to make sure that all the materials needed for wireless operstion was in place on Christmas morning. My daugther is very happy with the notebook. now she doesn't have to bother my desktop.
