  This was exactly what we needed as a second computer for our office and meets or exceeds our expectations. It was a tremendous value for the money. I did recommend it to a friend who purchased one and is very happy with it.

  Was very excited to get my new computer. Only problem is the battery only holds a charge for about 5 minutes. I called and was told new battery's would be in soon. They would send a USED one if I wanted. I said I would wait for a new one. Still waiting Only suggestion is to put a NEW battery in all products before they are sent out.

  i like this product i was just upset that it was broken from the min i opened the package & turned it on. i didnt get to enjoy it but i was offered a replacement/money back. i chose replacement.

  The computer had several issues right out the box. The WiFi card and driver had major issued causing problems with functionability. I call the manufacturer and thank goodness it was still under warranty. It took 3 days for them to assess the issue and still could not figure out the problem. They initially sent me a USB to wipe the operating system; that didn't work. DELL then opted to have me send in the machine to their techs. It was free of charge. I sent it in and got it back a week later. The WiFi was fixed and apparently everything was working well then the OS crashed. The unfortunate thing was that i purchased Norton 360 Anti Virus and I sued all 3 downloads in a weeks time. I had to call them to get an additional download due to the circumstances. However, Overstock did not give me any issues and took the computer back immediately. Because my situation was extenuating they waived the policy and refunded my money because I was out the computer for two weeks due to the issues and...
