VERIFIED PURCHASEI bought this laptop after 2 dell laptops wouldn't download windows 7. So I went with a H-P just like my desktop witch has windows 8 but dell did not have a laptop with windows 8.So I bought this laptop because it had windows 8. Right of box it was the perfect one it worked great.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LAPTOP TO ANYBODY. it works great no problems at all very user friendly.It seems a little pricey but is worth every penny of it.

VERIFIED PURCHASENo problems after using 4 days. Dell's 6000 series Latitudes have the nicest laptop keyboards I've ever used. I hate "chiclet" style keyboards.It's nicely configured, and the Solid State Hard Drive is awesome. Can hardly believe how fast it is. I have no regrets about purchasing this laptop.

VERIFIED PURCHASEGood laptop. Had to do a lot of configuration on the system. The original case was for an I5 system, as stated on the case. 2 or 3 hours of configuration resulted in a very good laptop, so far.
