  Product looks NOTHING like the picture. It is not silver. It is matte black, and quite worn looking. Seems to be quite touchy, and only shows a screen for an instant, before the screen disappears. Randomly acknowledges (or not) thumb drive inserted in USB port. Sending it back asap.

  This was our big Santa present. Unfortunately, it arrived on Dec 27. Guess I needed to order earlier! Was a little concerned about getting a refurbished computer. It doesn't look brand new, but pretty close, and it seems to run well. The biggest problem is that the cd drawer does not open easily--I have to finagle it a bit. The drive works just fine, though. Debated returning it to get this fixed or trade in, but I think I'm too addicted to having a laptop. I'd say, if you're picky about having things just so, go with new, but if you can deal with quirks, it's worth the bargain.

  Bought this on cyber monday for 698$. This a powerful laptop with the top of the line i7 and a gt550 with 2 gb dedicated ram, this laptop is perfect for gaming.

  This Notebook has everything and then some! So far I am extremely pleased with it. The specs list on the overstock.com website does not list everything that it comes with, so I was pleasantly surprised with all of the "extras". I called customer service before ordering and they couldn't answer any of my questions. In fact I was told it comes without an optic drive! It does have a writable Blue Ray and Does come with 3D glasses (I was told it didn't). It also came with a back pack and a mouse.
