Bad product, but good service!

The computer had several issues right out the box. The WiFi card and driver had major issued causing problems with functionability. I call the manufacturer and thank goodness it was still under warranty. It took 3 days for them to assess the issue and still could not figure out the problem. They initially sent me a USB to wipe the operating system; that didn't work. DELL then opted to have me send in the machine to their techs. It was free of charge. I sent it in and got it back a week later. The WiFi was fixed and apparently everything was working well then the OS crashed. The unfortunate thing was that i purchased Norton 360 Anti Virus and I sued all 3 downloads in a weeks time. I had to call them to get an additional download due to the circumstances. However, Overstock did not give me any issues and took the computer back immediately. Because my situation was extenuating they waived the policy and refunded my money because I was out the computer for two weeks due to the issues and...
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Accurate
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? No!
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. It looked good and was packaged well.
