This is the second indoor/outdoor thermometer I purchased from Overstock and it will be my last. For 3 weeks now I have had numerous people try to set it up. I contacted Lacrosse Tech Support only to be told to try new batteries. $6.00 later it still doesn't work. What a waste!!!

This gadget is perfect...just what I wanted. It's easy to set up and seems very reliable, so far.

I bought this for my dad's b'day. He and my mom love it. It works perfectly and is discreet and tasteful wherever you put it.

I like everything about this but the ease of resetting it. Difficult to figure out, and rather than try to deal with it myself, I have my husband do it. Takes him a while too. Not sure if that's a problem with the product, or our ignorance, but I'd be happier if it was more user friendly. Seems to keep time and temperature accurately.

Eats batteries which are expensive. I wouldn't purchase again.

Gives us more than we ask for. Took awhile to figure it all out but find it very interesting to read each morning.

The wireless La Crosse thermometer works perfectly. The temperature is accurate and it can be mounted conveniently anywhere. I have mine right next to the thermostat in my hallway so I can glance at the outside temperature anytime I walk bye and open up the windows as necessary to save electricity.

Works well and doesn't take much room. Moveable from room to room. Outdoor thermometer must be attached by screw to a surface not exposed to rain. This was tricky, but once installed, is fine.

The inside portion of the thermometer works fine. The outdoor reading does not work. I have changed the battery in anticipation that the one in the package might be outdated. Still no success. I am very dissatisfied with this product and would not recommend it to others.

We did get the unit to work but shortly after we put the sensor outside, it stopped displaying the outdoor temperature. Of course, at that point it was below freezing outside so we were unenthused about going out to get the sensor to do some troubleshooting. Why have a wireless thermometer if you have to walk outside to look at it? By the time I have walked outside, I KNOW what the temperature is. We followed the instructions about how far away the sensor should be. I'm still not sure what the problem is, but it is warm enough now to go out & get the sensor so we can do some troubleshooting.

We are very pleased with the Lacrosse wireless thermometer. The service and delivery time was excellent.

It's small which is nice so it doesn't take up too much room. It seems to be accurate enough

Readings are accurate but you must make sure the outdoor transmitter is in the shade.

Just what i expected and needed - old one broke - like all the features and is accurate

This was easy to set up and works great! Have it outside on my deck in shaded area and it is very accurate. It pays to buy quality.

Had to replace an older (more expensive) thermometer. This one is easier to see and set up.

Wish they had a frost alarm on at least one of the channels. Bought three and programed all recievers to receive all transmitters at the same time first shot. Works well with one or two walls between the receiver and transmitters. But if you have multiple walls it cuts the signal down substantially. Otherwise works exactly like it should.

Went through three (transmitter) batteries in as many months, and they're expensive.

this is a great buy. I had a setup that worked the same way for years, but it was much more expensive. The set up was easy and it works well. The only problem was trying to fit the transmitter back into its base after it was nailed up outside. You have to screw the nails in VERY tightly to get them out of the way. After we finally got that it was a breeze. I woulld highly recommend this product.
