Great Product This product was a disappointment when it first came. It didn't work! Then why the "Good" rating? We called LG to let them know about our problem and they had a serviceman out within days. After trying to tune the TV, he determined that we needed a whole new motherboard. He ordered it and the next day it arrived and the service guy was here to install it. I was surprised that the motherboard included a new screen (so basically, we got a new TV). They installed it, set it up and checked it out. All this with no cost to us!!!!! Since then, it has worked perfectly. Great picture, ample ports to attach all kinds of other equipment. We enjoy this product very much. LG makes good products and stands them.
