I went looking for a new phone because my old one broke and my parents didnt buy insurance for it and my contract's not up for several months. My parents decided not to buy insurance because it would have cost over $150 for a whole year, and that is just ridiculous. I ended up buying the LG Neon and a 2 year replacement plan for about ***. That is an amazing deal compared to the *** dollars for insurance and a brand new phone. So that is the first thing I love about the phone is it's great price. I mean it seems like a lot to pay, but it's about the cheapest new phone you can buy without buying a contract, and you dont even get a replacement plan with it. So this phones a pretty good deal. I went in not knowing what to expect out of this phone because of the contradicting reviews. I just ended up going eh, what the heck. And I'm glad I did. I really do love this phone. The first thing I love about the phone is the keyboard. I hated my old phone because I hated the key pad that killed my thumb after texting so much. This keyboard is awesome and has brought so much relief to my throbbing thumb. And the keyboard is really good and easy to text on unlike some other keyboards. The second thing I love about the phone is the camera. It's a really good quality camera with different settings for different lighting. I really do like a lot about this phone it's very nice and has a lot of cool stuff on it. Even though it's an amazing phone all things have their faults. And this one fault is what caused me to rate this phone as good instead of excellent. The fault of this phone is it's reacting time. Sometimes if you get a text it may take 3 to 4 seconds to open it. It doesnt get to the point on the annoying scale where you want to throw it, it just gets annoying sometimes. And thats really the only thing that I dont like about this phone. This phone is a truly good phone and I do not regret buying it one bit. I reccommend it to anyone looking for a nice phone and one thats not hard to use. This phone is sad. I am so unhappy after two weeks that I went out and bought a new one. I read about it and asked the guy at the store about it... everything said not bad. Well its a lie. Here is the deal.... 1. I have at&t, no problems there. 2. everyone says I sound as if I am walking around. 3.The text come late ( i have no Idea why). 4. The arrow keys change when you turn the phone, so you may way your contacts but you get the internet. 5. The aps...... I could make a sandwich, 5 layers with spread before they close. Its takes a while for all the operating systems to function. 6. I am a girl and I think the keys suck... 7. cool touch key pad for numbers when phone is closed... that sucks too always picks a different number. 8. The phone can turn off when it wants too. I could go on and on how BAD this phone is........ save your money and find a new phone for a little more money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, I'll give it to overstock.com this is the first product I've ordered that I haven't been 100% satisfied with. The texting feature worked great and the phone was easy to look through and get settings done, but for some reason it was horrible when trying to call someone. I was an idiot and didn't get the insurance, so I'm stuck with a phone that when you're talking to someone sounds like the person on the other end has a robot voice box that crackles in and out. If I hadn't been an absolute moron and thrown away the return info as soon as I got it I think I'd be okay, and I also think it was a fluke phone. I'm sure any others would work just fine.

The phone worked and the screen was great. My 12 year old loved this phone. The screen slid without problems and the keypad was great for texting. I bought this phone since I don't allow my teen to access the internet via cell phone and she wanted a slider phone with great texting features. This phone was great (until she broke it). I opted for a Samsung CH@T phone which she has now, but she had no problems with this phone and even kept it after becoming used to the Samsung Ch@T.

It's a nice little phone that is small enough not to be cumbersome. The keypad is a bit cramped but, i'd gladly stay with a smaller phone than a monster in my pocket. The battery lasts about 1.5 days on average and the screen is very clear and viewable. The memory card is a bit of a challenge to insert and extract but it works great! Thanks for the phone.

My current phone was actig up and needed a new one- but I didn't want to get a phone from my phone company and extend my contract, so this was perfect. I activated it in seconds. It is nice design. Easy to use. And the price couldn't be better. This is like the 3rd time I bought a phone from Overstock and will keep doing.

I have had this phone for about 5 months now. At first it ran great but by the third month i have become frustrated. Whenever i am trying to type up a new text message and add a contact so i can send it shuts down and restarts without saving that message. I i have been noticing that this has been happeing more often now. i have had this happen up to 20 times in one hour. I am officially saving up money for a better phone. Although it may be $$ more dollars for the phonne i saw it will totally be worth it to get an android phone and drop this peice of trash in a street to see it flatned by cars( i really wont do that though) So i say save up your money and get a better phone taht will last you a whole lot longer then this peice of junk did!

like some of the other reviews i read .its never promt with texts and some calls and texts are never gotten. it goes to another quest as your type in a message or it will totally erase message as you go to send it .Picture quilty is very poor .this is my second on cause att would not upgrade me to another phone they said it wasnt time for up grade and you know what the second phone has the same problems even though its a refurb one . Choose another phone but read reviews first before you buy . Good Luck

The voice part of the phone is okay. The texting part is just horrendous. It is impossible to figure out how to text on this phone. It is so awkward. The texting system is so idiotically complicated. If you want to add a symbol, good luck. If you can manage through the stupid menus to find that symbol, you've performed a miracle. And then good luck getting back to the original message because it is darn near impossible. I hate this phone.

This phone is OK if all you want to do is make phone calls. It is very very basic. No way to effectively edit contacts, poor user interface. I returned the phone.

Unfortunately, we didn't notice at the bottom of the discription that this phone does not work with Verizon. Once it was received, customer service promptly issued a return authorization (less a restock fee, which was fine since it was our error). As a side note, if you're in a hurry you may want to use expedited shipping for this item as it ships from Utah and regular post office mail was used to deliver instead of UPS Ground.

This phone is awful i would not tell anyone to buy it. On T-mobile it wont let pictures be sent or recived, this problem is unfixable unless you can find unlock codes for it. It is slow between screens, the call quality is bad. Its just and all around awful phone, no one should buy it, and the camera on it is bad. i hope this ditered you from buying this awful phone it was by far a huge waste of money.
