I really luv this phone. I just popped in the SIM card, changed the settings to English and ready to go. It arrived 3 days after ordering it.The only issue I have with it--smudges are all over the phone, keep a cloth near to you at all times. It does annoy me. Also, if you do not understand Spainsh--don't get this phone, the manual with it is in Spanish....

The instructiones for this phone are in spanish, and, after several hours, I was unable to get the phone to connect to my cellular network.
