I was very impressed because of the price I paid for it, It was the lowest price on the net but it was refurbished. But when I got it to my house it was in mint condition. The sound is awsome, way better than my samsung that I brought 4 years ago. It does not have a clock and some of the features takes some getting use to but over all this was a good buy.

I purchased the surround sound knowing that it was a reconditioned unit. However, I thought since it was reconditioned it would work. It does not. I have contacted the manufacturer and they are going to warranty the product. However, it has just been a hassel dealing with it. I wish the unit had been checked a little closer before resaleing it.

overall i like the product a lot but having to set it to play through the back speakers every time I turn it on is a bit annoying

I bought this product. one year later it crapped out and didn,t work again.

I consider it a piece of junk. Very difficult to understand and operate. Not reliable, disks don't discharge easily, just not easy and fun to operate.

The first system we got played DVD's as if they were severly scratched (after testing several DVD's including brand new one and using a lens cleaner several times) we decided to exchange it for a new one. The Cutomer Sevice rep was very polite and gave us no problems they sent out a new one and e-mailed us a shipping label, We got the second system set it up and there was the same problem. We decided to go buy a cheap little DVD palyer just to see if perhaps it was our tv causing the problem, this DVD played fine. So this replacement system was defective as well. We decided not to hassel with a second return and except the loss b/c the speakers were awesome and it was such a great deal. The system is great just cross your fingers that yours actually works.
