phone from turkey
This phone was from Turkey. The instruction booklet was entirely in Turkish, so I wasn't able to make heads or tails of it. Additionally, the software that the phone came with was not compatible with my PC, so syncing my phone to my computer is impossible. I have also had network issues when it comes to multimedia messaging. Because the phone is foreign, and not designed for any specific carrier in the US, all network connectivity information has to be entered manually, which is more trouble than it is worth, because that information is constantly changing, and the phone cannot automatically update itself. Both of these issues combined means that the MP3 player built into the phone is completely useless. Also, it takes bad pictures, and you cannot use the phone outside, because the glare is so bad it makes seeing anything on the screen next to impossible. The plus side is it's a nice looking phone. Non working international phone
I purchased this phone for my daughter. It is an international phone and not supported by LG in the US. It came with a manual in Turkish. My daughter spent an hour with an AT&T representative trying to get the multi media messager to work. They had no luck. The overstock.com website does not mention that it is an international phone. Customers should know that they will not get support from LG.

We bought our 14 year old daughter a new cell phone for Christmas. And she just loves it! It is well built and good quality sound. It has everything she was looking for in a phone. I would recommend this to anyone who is wanting to buy it!

sleek but hard to operate
I bought this phone to replace a Razor, I didnt plan on a few things. But if your looking for a small compact phone to slide in your pocket it is good for that. Battery life is minimal. If you dont push the side key to hang up, watch your minutes fly out the door, The phone is extremely hard to get complete internet functions for T mobile. I used it for about two months and bought a different phone
