This was very good buy. The instructions for how to operate could be better. There are no instructions in the manual on how to retrieve your voice messages from the phone (I was able to figure it out, but it was a pain). But this was a good buy for me because the LG Cookie Plus GS500 Touchscreen is durable, small,neat, and easy to pair, and Sync to your computer, or car phone . One other add benefit is, I purchased the LG Cookie Plus GS500 Touchscreen cell phone, and did not have to purchase extra chargers because the Chargers I purchased for my old Alcatel works perfectly with the new phone. I saved at least $30 by not having to purchase additional chargers

Do not order this phone. For one thing this product had many defects. But do have to say they help me return it with no questions when I told them what was wrong. They do have better phones.I will order from them again but not the cookie phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
