I think the price was very good for my new TV. My only complaint is that it didn't come with a full manual I can read. I think I can get one online. I had some issues while I was setting it up, but when I called their online support, the person was from the Philippines and was just reading from a manual. That is NOT good customer service, having no way to talk to someone with real knowledge that can interact without language barriers about a sophisticated piece of electronics. I figured out how to fix the setup problems myself, but I may never know the extent of what my new TV can do. Bad move LG... for that you only get 4 stars.
