This TV happened to be on sale right after my old TV broke, and at a great price. Checking the online reviews showed it to be a well reviewed TV, so I bought one for myself and one for a friend that pointed the sale out to me. The TV is excellent so far, especially once I found online that you can turn off the smooth motion thing to make everything stop looking like a soap opera (an effect of 120hz TVs, not just this one.

V E R Y pleased with this purchase/product. It was very well packed, received in great condition. The quality of the picture is excellent, as is the sound. Setting it up was a breeze. I have only 1 small complaint - I purchased 2 of these tvs - both going into exisiting wall units - I would really like to secure the tv's to the base of my cabinets, as suggested by the manufacturer, by using the supplied screw in the base of the tv in the rear - only problem is that my arms are too short to reach OVER or AROUND the tv to acess the pre-drilled hole in the tv base. I have 3 cats who love the warmth of anything electrical ... as soon as a TALL friend comes to visit I will hopefully have the problem fixed ... meanwhile, I am fortunate that my wall units have doors.
