  I paid extra for the 2 year warranty since the refurbished warranty was only 90 days. The is picture is sharp and has good color quality. The only problem noted was the menu language was set to Spanish when 1st turned on so had trouble figuring out how to reset it to English. Oh, and the remote didn't come with batteries which is unusual. Other than those issues, the TV works great and very happy with the price and delivery

  We purchased this 16" TV for the bedroom of our motorhome to replace to the 13" that came with it. We are vary pleased with the product an would recommend this TV to our friends.

  Because it's refurbished, the TV does have some small quirks. Every now and then, the screen will get really dark (like someone turned the contrast way down) but after a minute or two, it will return to normal.

  I was excited to get this--first HD tv. However, I've been disappointed by the sound system. It is difficult to hear lower tones and when sound is turned up, the volume is still too soft on many shows. I've had to get a sound bar, which is an added expense. If the tv had worked properly, I wouldn't have had to add this additional piece of electronic equipment. My advice is to steer clear of this product.
