finallyretired from CAmbridge, NY., Rating:5.0I have purchased refurbished Dell products through the years and never had a problem. As I had owned one of these years ago, I knew what to expect. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I like this monitor view better than the widescreen. (have numerous of both) Great clear picture and vivid color. Don't be afraid of this one, it's well worth the money.

lba62 from Central Valley, NY, Rating:5.0I'm extremely happy with my HP monitor. I have 2 monitors attached to my PC that share real estate. When my other monitor stops working, I will purchase another HP monitor to replace it. The delivery was fast.

howiedoit from NYC, Rating:1.0It's been about 3 months and now the monitor just shows a black screen. Don't have protection or coverage so now it's just $$$ wasted.

brandonbradley from Phoenix AZ, Rating:2.0I purchased this last December, but was traveling for the holidays and didn't get it set up until after I got back in Jan. It now shuts off randomly and will not turn back on, or if it does, it shuts down randomly again shortly after. This includes the power and control button lights, not just the screen. When it did come on correctly the screen is still clear and crisp at full brightness so I suspect it is not the back light, but rather something in the power controls. Now it just won't come on at all really, or immediately dies. This was a refurbished model, so perhaps this is the reason it was returned in the first place. I've contacted Samsung, and after running through their brief and perfunctory tests, they had me enter a service ticket. We'll see if they will do anything to fix it.

kfierle from Buffalo, NY, Rating:4.0I was very pleased with the price and delivery of the monitor. My only disappoinment was there was no HDMI hook up.
