Konaki Slim 3.5-inch Touch Screen GPS and PMP

I bought this for the trip last month. First of all, the car charger was broken without being used longer than 3 days. Customer service was nice enough to replace that (it is on the way). Then, my daughter called it "always lost" vs. "never lost". It always tell me to turn way ealier than supposed to. After making early turn, never told me to make U turn or let me know it was an early turn. So, we ended up drove up the hill several times and came down to the place just a few steps from where we left. Anyway, at the end, we just put the thing on the dashborad (since the stand could not be mounted anywhere in the car - kept falling), just use the map function. Both my husband and I bought a lot of stuff from overstock.com (diamond earring, watches, down comforters, etc.), we never had any problem with the quality of the product. Now I think it is the time to sense the issue.
