      i have got this product for my birthday from my mom and i got it at 4 o clock and hoocked it up to my computer then then it took 16 1/2 hours to sync it to my computer then it was only at 92 percent so i called overstock and they called it a mechanical defect but it wouldnt turn on after that but they are sending me a new one but i would NOT recomend this product if this next one dosnt work im going straight to a ipod touch but you get what you pay for

      I recieved a used item that did not work unable to download music, unable to sync with non of my 4 computers, the price would be great if the product worked great but i never got the oppurtunity to try the product out because it never worked. the power kept comming on and off at will, the product would not hold a charge and it did not have 4GB, it only had 4000mb

      I can't figuer out how to add pictures or music to this item. I went online to read the directions, as the little book i got with item didn't cover it. It was all in Japanise. Sorry, I don't read or speak Japanise.So, so far no music or pictures on it. I did take a picture with it, but the quality was terrible.
