When I got it, I was really excited. It looks great and the music on the radio sounds OK, but we could not get it to download anything. We tried for 2 hours on XP and never did figure it out, as there were compatibility issues and it would not download. The manual on it is a complete joke. The symbols it shows are not on the device, it says it has an off/on switch, but we couldn't find it-only a "hold" button. If we could have figured out how to download and get it all set up, I think it would be great, but we never got that far. Although I don't know much about set up, my friend, who has set up 6 different kinds of MP players never could get it going...big disapointment!

DO NOT BUY. save your $$ and get a brand you know. RETURNING IT TODAY!!! Player freezes up everytime you try to use it.There is no styless/pen and your fingers are to big to touch it. We did not mind the chineese music that was downloaded on it but we can't seem to remove it. Also no book to tell you how to use it.First product I ever had a problem with.COSTUMER SERVICE AND OVERSTOCK ITSELF is fantastic!!!!!

I bought this mp3 player for my daughter for christmas and she loves it.When she first tried to download music she had a little problem, but it only took her a few minutes to figure it out.There has been no complaints since then, I would definitly suggest this product to other people.

I've never seen an MP3 Player like this with touch screen and camera connected! I had to hurry and cop this one for a reasonable price......People, do not sleep on this one, you don't know what your missing

I bought this for my 19 year old daughter. She loves it very much. It does everything she wanted it to do plus some. Not to mention it looks great too!

My granddaughter age ten is truely enjoying this item. Received with easy purchase and delivery. The operation is very well explained. Download from computer took very little time and now is play her greatest hits new and old. We may invest in better head phones, as those that came with it are uncomfortable.

I bought the MP3 for my wife for christmas and she loved it! So for no problems have come up and it's pretty easy to handle and set up

this was bought as a gift for a teen that can program just about anything, but this mp3/4 player... The manual that came with it didn't give clear info. and doesn't cover all the features on the player... After playing with it for 2 weeks she has figered out most of it and has enjoyed it...

Purchased for my wife for Christmas.When I went to load it up for her the radio only wants to scan for Chinese stations and it came preloaded with chinese music on it.Feels cheaply made considering the price, overall not the slightest bit happy with it. Do yourself a favor and buy a brand you've heard of.

This product was picked out by my granddaughter. She is 14, and has learned that the lowest price is not always the best value. We cannot understand the instructions,and since I have a degree in electronics maintenance, it's not that I cannot understand how things work. This purchase was not suitable, it's being returned. Too bad, otherwise, Overstock has been a good bargain.

Easy download, pictures good for size of camera, does all it says! Delivery was wonderful, customer service great!

I bought this for Christmas. I was trying to put selected music on there because my taste is different from my moms taste in music. My whole library was downloaded onto the Mp3 player and I had to go through one by one and delete the ones that I did not want there. The camera is alright but, I still have not been able to find any of the pics that I took on it. Overall, I guess it was an alright buy once I got everything that I want on there and the stuff that I didn't off. If its for someone who likes the idea of a touch screen player I would say go for it but, there are much easier players out there for people get with a little less memory.

I bought this for my son and he is only 10 and he had no problem getting started using it.. Well worth buying.

I got mine today and it is very confusing. Everything on my mp3 player is chinese. In the manual, it doesn't say how to upload music .

i just got this product for christmas and after i order i seen alot of bad reviews that were bad but i have already put music on it and videos and im only 13years old i would reccomend this to everybody and for its price its great plus it has a camera too

I got mine yesterday and it works great. My manual explained everything to me pretty well. I had a little trouble trying to create playlists for my music until I put each playlist in different folders and was able to play each folder individually. The speaker doesn't work for the radio, but it works for music files. The camera works decently. The only problem I have is trying to add video. The driver/converter software doesn't work for my computer, but I was told that I could contact the seller for the updated software. But so far, it's the best buy I've made in a while.

The cord on this player was defective which took me quite a while to figure out. When I used another cord that I already had to connect to my computer, it said that it was not compatible with my Microsoft Vista and there was not a fix for this from Microsoft. While trying to go through the menus the touchscreen did not work consistantly. The instructions with the player were no help at all. I am returning this product. I would not recommend this to anyone. Don't waste your money.

This item is great, its easy to upload music and the photo and video quality is great!

When i first got the player everything was fine and working great but about two days later i tried to use it and none of the screen functions are working i cant seem to do anything to fix it. i tried to take the back off and look at the battery, that looks like it was put together poorly. so i didnt touch it. also the camera is not as great as it seems. its hard to get videos on the player or listen to the radio. i am very dissapointed i spent money on this product. i thought it was going to be better made then this and like some other people said before the manual is no help what so ever. this product should be higher in quality for its price....if in fact i cant get this player to work again i will be sending it back.

when i got this for my 11 yr old i first took the disc out and the ink on it was still wet i loaded it got the music and videos in it then i took out the asin stuff in it and it froze could not get back in it just stayed on the main screen returned it giving it 1 more time to load the stuff was easy do it through windows media player for those who dont know how
