We love the picture on this frame. I was disappointed that you could not use the Copy feature on this particular model so when you put an SD card into the frame you cannot copy the pictures to the frame. The usb key that comes with the frame is very easy to use and you can save pictures from your computer to the key and use it in the frame. With 5 grandchildren we wanted to be able to put emailed pictures on to the frame. With the usb key this is very very easy to do. I still don't know if you can download pictures directly from the computer on to the frame but with the key it really doesn't matter. The free gift key came with 1gb of memory so that will keep me busy for quite a while. Overall it is a nice frame with a great picture.

The picture quality is very good and it is easy to use. I was disappointed that it did not include a memory stick as shown in the picture but instead a small sized camera card. I like the frame but wish I would have ordered the 8 inch instead of the 7 inch so the picture would be larger.

I was really pleased with this purchase. I had been looking at these frames from different manufacturers and this one was the easiest to set in motion given that I am not very technologically adept and I was able to download pix from iPhoto on my Mac computer. I actually bought 2 frames, one for my husband downloading pix that he could enjoy in his office. The second frame was for my Mom who is 88 years old and loves looking at the pix of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.The prices from Overstock were much better than anything I could purchase at a local store and they were very carefully wrapped for shipping. Nothing was damaged and I received them in perfect shape, and only a few days after they were ordered.I downloaded the pix onto the flash drive that came with the frame as a bonus gift, before giving them as Christmas gifts and both my husband and my Mom were thrilled with them on Christmas morning! Would definitely recommend them even for others like myself that may be technologically challenged.

Easy to use, especially with the added USB. Bought for my mom's birthday and she loved it!! Gave it to her pre-loaded with pics. Came very well packaged, lots of bubble wrapping and doubled cartoned for protection during delivery to Canada. Excellent product, at least so far..............Mom is very pleased!!

I received this as a gift for someone else. I was going to load some pictures onto it, and although the frame turned on, the touchscreen did not work. Also- thought it was strange that I ordered this new and it did not come in a Kodak box- just bubblewrap. Now I have to send it back.

I bought this frame new, but received a reconditioned frame (said so right on the outside of the box). This frame was supposed to come with a free 1 G memory stick. I received a 512 MB memory stick instead. Also, and most importantly, this frame DOES NOT have internal memory, therefore to view the pictures, the memory stick must be plugged into the frame (and it sticks out). I am returning for a full refund!

I got this for my 75 year old Father in Law. I sent the frame to him with the flash drive already loaded with pictures so all he had to do was plug it in. He called and said it was really easy to set up and he loves it. This frame is fantastic for the price!!

This purchase was for a friend that was moving away so it was timely. The value of the product is excellent and having the memory stick included is highly reccomended. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience.

Gave two of these as gifts to my married children - they loved it!! Great for showing off the grandchildren.

I got it at a good discount. It was refurbished, but it worked well. The options seem a little slow in response and certain pictures do not work as well as hoped for. It has trouble with portrait style pictures but works great with landscape. The frame is very sleek in appearance and works well in any room. Instructions on how to operate the settings were a little vague, but still worked well for what it needed to do.

It was a gift for my daughter-in-law. She told me she had been wanting one. She loves it!
