Cap hard to remove

I gave it a 4 rating because it is almost impossible to get the caps off. I want my data protected but I shouldn't get a blister trying to remove the cap.

Great price - looks nothing like the picture?

Works fine. Great price. The odd thing was that the items look NOTHING like the picture. I guess they ran out of the actual product ordered & sent a replacement. No big deal - but I did purchase two different colors in order to keep track of my data more effectively & instead was sent two of the same color.
