I order the 2pk of 8GB USB flash drives because the price was right. Great value. I had a small shipping problem on the shipment (1 sent instead of 2pk), but was quickly and efficiently corrected by using the live on- line chat with customer service. By the way, I give the chat customer service top rating as the problem was resolved quickly in one session and with professionalism. That is one reason I continue to shoo Ostock!. I needed the flash dives for backup of my critical info on my laptop. Worked perfectly and I am very pleased with them.
