I'm a novice when it comes to computer repair. I had the problem diagnosed and learned that my memory chip was bad. I went to Overstock looking for the replacement part but I wasn't sure whether the part I found would work. I used the Chat line and was informed that the part should work. I order it. Received it. Installed it and it worked. I was too excited.
