The keyboard does take sometime time to get used to (some nuances like tapping the spacebar with my left thumb instead of my right because the right side has other keys). I don't use this too heavily, I use it in my lectures for a couple hours 2-3 days a week. I couldn't imagine typing a long paper on it because my hands feel too cramped but you could probably get used to it.
One flaw that was easily remedied was the fact that the keys could easily come off if unprotected. The main reason that I purchased it was for its portability, but after spending its second trip in my bag some of the keys were snagged off. Placing the keys back were relatively easy except for the shift key, but I figured it out eventually. This happened a second time when I thought I had placed the keyboard in a safe enough position in my backpack. After the second incident is when I found a little soft pencil case to keep the keyboard in so the keys do not come off.
