I've been looking for a pair of noise deadening headphones for under one hundred dollars for quite some time. These certainly fill the bill. They are comfortable, the battery lasts a long time and then there's the sound - WOW. I recommend these headphones, for the money you can't beat them!

I was looking for headphones that work so I sould hear my music over my ridding lawnmower,these work ,I can still here my mower,but I can hear my music.

I purchased these before our most recent plane trip and thought they were great....not as good as Bose of course, but certainly helped with the airplane noise and the screaming baby behind us...also were great to watch the plane movie...would recommend

The headphones are comfortable and easy to use. However, they seem to depress the signal in the upper midrange while failing to suppress exterior noise in the same range. Their greatest noise suppression seems to be in the lower audio range. Might be more effective on a plane; in the computer machine room where I work, they are not a completely satisfactory solution, though certainly better than nothing at all.

I purchased these headphones this week because they made the C-Net Deal of the Day. I've been looking for a good set of noise canceling headphones for a while, and since the reviews on this site were all thumbs up, I decided to go for it. I cannot say how unimpressed I was with this item. The 'noise canceling' was little more than white noise that the phones create that cover up background noise, not cancel it. So instead of the sounds of the room, you get a constant hum of static. Anyone who thinks these compare to Bose or Sennheiser has obviously never actually warn one of their products. Aside from the poor noise 'canceling' feature, the audio quality was lousy at best. I played some beautiful vocals through it and these headphones crackled and creaked like nobody's business. Needless to say, I have returned this item and do not recommend that anyone seriously consider purchasing them, even if they are a good 'deal'.

I have to say, I'm totally and completely happy with these headphones. I'd done a lot of research on noise-cancelling 'phones and was about to buy second-hand Bose or Sennheiser, and I'm so glad I saved my money and bought these instead. Comfortable, effective, affordable. Keep your $200 (or more) and grab these instead!

I bought a pair of these a month ago and finally got to use them on a RT flight of 1600 miles. I think that this was probably the the best purchase I have made in a long time. These headsets cut engine and cabin noise by 75-85% and you can really hear the music and the in flight movies. They may not be as good as the Bose product but they work great at a fraction of the cost! I have already recommended them to friends and will buy some as Christmas gifts.

They are perfect for personal use and they have a very low profile appearance.

it seem these headphones silence a lot of outside noise merely by the shape and the way they sit on your ears, which i did not expect. sometimes i used them without the noise canceling fn and without any music, and it effectively blocks out noise. They are not as comfortable or slim as my sennheiser pair. The sound quality seems a little muffled and I haven't found the noise canceling fn very useful, but overall, for the price, it is effective for what i need, which is to be able to work and not hear all my noisy neighbors.

product is okay, however i overlooked a critical feature when making my purchase. these headphones are battery operated! which is silly to me considering they are wired. not the best engineering. sound is ok-its not super clear, but tolerable. i don't care much to bother replacing the battery which died after about 5 days.

These headphones compensated for the shallow speakers on my laptop. I feel like I'm in a concert every time. I used them on planes too and they are effective. I've been using them for years they are still awesome. Buy them. :-)

I am very happy with these headphones. Bang for the buck is terrific. However, I occassionally get a bit of feedback or static that is distracting. That is my only complaint.

They are very comfortable to wear and have very good sound. They cancel 95% of the external sound. I am able to enjoy my music without distortion. I even wore them turned on without the music to cancel the loud noises in the airplane this past week. Thus it was easy to rest without the loud external noises.

Product performs just as advertised; very good buy for the money.

This set of earphones is a great value. They sound good. The cord is long enough.... and they are comfortable. So far so good.

good quality noise reduction for the price you pay, not boise but 10 times cheaper. great for children on the computer. on ear design which i don't remember that being mentiond in the ad- expected over the ear style. will probably get another pair myself.

Yes they seem to cancel the noise. They're fairly comfortable, but I've had better. I don't really like the rubber thing that sits on the top of your head though.

These headphones were exactly what I was looking for. They perform very well for the price. I recommend them to anyone who wants quality noise cancelling headphones for travel or everyday use.

The noise reduction feature was just O.K. The sound quality was horrible. Lot of static. Overall poor sound quality. I should have paid more for a better brand. I would have returned them but it would have cost me too much money. I read the reviews on this site before buying, so I just didn't pick the item out and immediately buy it. Maybe I just got a bad pair.
