This is a great product. I needed more handsets and rather than try to buy an extra handset for my Panasonic 5.8ghz phone, I went for the upgrade. So far no problems. I like the fact that I can put a phone in any room with an electrical outlet, rather than install a phone jack!

Four black phones and one white phone so it came already expanded. highly pleased with the quality of the phones (have had them several months now). Many features. I looked around and found that this is the best value. Better than the more expensive models. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the quality of the Panasonic telephone system. I checked reviews before I purchased. These were highly rated, and I can see why. The last system I owned kept cutting out if you weren't sitting right by the base. These phones work at a good distance from the base, with clear sound quality. I like that new messges can be accessed from any of the phones. Thank you for making this product available at a good price!

This phone works great! The sound quality is clear. Just don't lose the owners manual or you will not be able to set or reset all the various features.

I have been very pleased with this phone system. The sound quality is excellent and multiple hand-sets means we have phones in all necessary rooms of our home. The features are nice to have as well. I have had no problems ever buying re-conditioned products and these phones are no exception. These are an excellent value and I would buy them again.

Overstock continually provide high quality products at a very fair price.Panasonic is, in my opinion, the best telephone product on the market today. The KX-TG9345PK is a great example of that.All you have to do is try it one time and you will understand.Good luck to all those that try any other brand.

FOR THE MONEY A DECENT PHONE. SET UP NO PROBLEM AND DELIVERY WAS PROMPT. VOICE CALLLER ID NICE FEATURE. MULTIPLE HANDSETS A PLUS.

This DECT system was purchased as a refurbished unit. It was easy to setup and has worked flawlessly. The voice quality is excellent as are the LCD screens for viewing Caller ID and other info. I particularly like the fact that you can program a phone number into either the base unit or any of the 4 handset units and it becomes immediately available to all units. The talking Caller ID can be programmed to work on one or more units. A single ring tone can be used for all units, or different tones can be used for individual units. There are many other customizable options which can be programmed quite easily. All things considered I would highly recommend this unit.

We bought the five-handset Panasonic DECT set to replace nearly all of the phones in our house (kept one "wired" phone active for power failures.) We are EXTREMELY pleased with these units. The range is great, as is the audio quality. And we really like the features, especially the way you can enter a name/number into the directory one time and have it propagate through all of the phones. These phones are just the right size, too...not too small or too large. And the intercom feature is really good -- I have a workshop about 100' from our house and use the intercom to communicate when I'm out there. The only feature I wish this phone had is a "master silence" button to turn off all the ringers...but hey, you can't have everything! I buy a lot of refurbs...they are a great value, because they've been checked out by the factory and certified to be in good shape. Super value for a great unit.
