awesome features
I needed a new phone and was drawn to this one because it had more than one handset and had a call block feature. That feature is now my favorite part!! No more calls from people I have told not to call again, I can just add them to the list when they do or plan ahead and add the number to prevent them from trying again. The phone was a refurbish and I have had no trouble with it and it arrived early. Great value!

Great Phone
Product works as advertised. I would recommend the model with the base station speaker phone it has a more comprehensive answering machine.

Barebones phone
We wanted to buy a bare bones phone, and that's what we got. Relying more on a family cellphone plan, we subscribe to a stripped down land line plan with no bells & whistles. Rating is only "average" because incoming calls and recorded messages sound a bit disembodied. Great value at the refurbished price, though, so we're keeping it.

The phones are nice and work well. However, I picked this phone because the site said Made in the USA. Every component on this phone is actually labeled as Made in China. What a disappointment.

Glad to Support USA Made
Wanted something made in USA, tired of having to replace phones that are of inferior quality. Love this phone system! It even talks to you to tell you who's calling! That way you don't have to get up and answer it if you don't want! A definite buy, large print in the handsets too!
